I am [like most of us] a descendent of the few thousand homo sapiens who from 100.000 years ago migrated ‘out-of-Africa’ and became the progenitors of the rest of the world, (Rutherford 2016). All my more recent ancestors were Orthodox Christian Greeks who came from Pontos in the north-east corner of Anatolia adjacent to the Black Sea. I reside in a multi-cultural Australia and hold citizenship there. I am proud of my Pontic roots. This book is an updated collation of my Internet articles written from 2008 to 2016 covering aspects of Pontic Greek history and culture with the inclusion of a Preface, an Introduction titled, Who are the Greeks From Pontos?’ and a conclusion titled, Where to From Here?’.
