In this globalized world, understanding the culture and communication interface is imperative. This book explores the link between culture and communication. It comprises ten chapters, nine of which provide theoretical scaffolding and discuss pertinent notions and concepts that are key to understanding culture, communication, and intercultural communication. The last chapter is more practical in nature and focuses on matters of education and training in the area of intercultural communication and it provides an array of activities on how one can develop and enhance their intercultural communicative competence.
